Plain English
You should understand what a system does, why you need it, and how your team will use it.
About Kevin Farrugia
I help established founders turn repetitive, manual work into systems their teams can actually use. My starting point is always the same: understand how the business runs.

A teacher's instinct, a builder's approach
I spent 11 years teaching English in Malta. Teaching means working out where someone will get stuck, making a complicated idea understandable, and finding a way forward that makes sense to them.
That way of thinking stayed with me as I moved into SEO, digital marketing, and systems design. Before choosing a tool, I want to understand the work: who does it, what they need, and where it breaks down.
Today, I build AI systems and automations around how founders actually operate. That can mean making onboarding easier, connecting scattered tools, or taking repetitive reporting and content tasks off a team's plate.
I run a one-person practice by design. You work directly with me, from understanding the problem to making the system work.
See how we can work together ↗You should understand what a system does, why you need it, and how your team will use it.
We question the process before automating it. Sometimes the useful change is simplifying a step or removing work altogether.
The system should support the way you serve your clients. We decide where automation helps and where your team needs to stay involved.
You know your business. Tell me where things get stuck, and we can work out what to build next.
